Privacy Policy

This Privacy Statement informs you of the details on how the media owner named in the imprint (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”) processes your personal data when you visit our website. We process your data in our capacity as Controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679; hereinafter “GDPR”).

We only disclose your data to the extent necessary for the specific purpose, or as required under the relevant legal provision, in line with any legitimate interest or, in the case of consent, as specified by you.

Furthermore, we use service providers, known as processors, for data processing (in particular for technical implementation of the services by us). These processors are carefully selected by us and bound by our instructions.

In case we have to transfer some of your data to a country outside of the EEA, we have taken appropriate safeguards to protect your data and have concluded so-called Standard Contractual Clauses.

If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time without giving any reason (Article 7(3) GDPR). Please note that a withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Pursuant to Article 15 GDPR, you have the right to request information from us as to whether or not we have processed personal data about you. Furthermore, under certain conditions, you also have the right to erasure, to restriction of processing or the right to object to the processing activity.
